How to Unblock IP Address from WHMCS Using PhpMyAdmin
To unblock an IP address from WHMCS using PhpMyAdmin, follow these steps:
- Log in to PhpMyAdmin
Access PhpMyAdmin through your hosting control panel (e.g., cPanel). - Select Your WHMCS Database
In PhpMyAdmin, locate the database used by your WHMCS installation. Click on the database name to view its tables. - Locate the
tblbannedips
Table
In the list of tables, find and click on thetblbannedips
table. This table stores information about banned IP addresses. - Find the Banned IP Address
- Inside the
tblbannedips
table, search for the IP address you want to unblock. - You can use the Search tab at the top of the page and enter the IP address in the relevant field to locate it quickly.

Once you’ve found the IP address, click the Delete option next to the entry to remove the ban. - Confirm the Deletion
PhpMyAdmin will prompt you to confirm the deletion. Confirm to remove the IP address from the banned list. - Clear WHMCS Cache (Optional)
After unblocking the IP, it might be a good idea to clear your WHMCS cache to ensure the changes take effect immediately.
This process will unblock the IP address from WHMCS and allow it to access the system again.
