Please read the following policy carefully:
Due to the nature of our digital products and our inability to ensure that our software or templates are not erased from your computer, we do not provide refunds once a purchase has been made. However, if the product has not yet been delivered, we will issue a refund. No exceptions will be made!
We strongly encourage you to review the product features and capabilities thoroughly before purchasing. If you have any questions or need clarification, please reach out to us before making a purchase.
As a small group of freelance web experts, we are committed to delivering the best products possible. Your purchase helps us continue developing our offerings. In certain special instances, we may issue a credit that can be applied toward other products. This policy is subject to change as we grow.
Refunds, Upgrades, Renewals, and Support
Because of the digital nature of our products, we do not provide refunds. We encourage you to evaluate the demos available on our website and address any concerns prior to purchasing.
Refunds are not provided for server failures/issues, lack of features, or if your server does not meet the software requirements. Refunds are determined on an individual basis and are only issued if our technical staff determines that the software has a fault that prevents it from running on your server. Refunds will not be issued after 5 days from the purchase date, even if the software is faulty.
Renewals, support, and updates are non-refundable. If we receive a chargeback or disputed payment, all services will be suspended until any disputed amounts are repaid. Any chargeback attempts via PayPal or other payment gateways will be contested with reference to these terms and conditions. Disputes on PayPal or any other payment gateway may result in the termination or suspension of your account and license, without question.
It is your responsibility to thoroughly read our terms, as well as the descriptions of any files you purchase on our website. Refunds will only be available if the product you purchased is significantly different from what is described.
Installation & Configuration Policy
Installation, configuration, migration, or upgrades do not include any customization or modifications of the script. We can customize the script to fit your site layout for an additional fee.
Refund Policy Details:
- We do not offer refunds for installation, migration, or updates. If we are unable to install the script you selected on your server due to server issues or script compatibility, please ensure that your server has the necessary Perl modules, PHP, and MySQL (if applicable) before requesting our services. We will not install Perl/PHP/MySQL modules, as this is under the responsibility of your ISP/host.
- Installation charges are non-refundable under any circumstances.
- Credit deposits are non-refundable.
- We are not responsible for any bugs or security vulnerabilities in scripts we install. Please review the script’s terms of use for more details. We install the script “as-is” and cannot offer a refund if the source code is modified after installation.
ModulesGarden.in reserves the right to cancel services and access at any time. If a customer violates the ModulesGarden.in End User License Agreement (EULA) or Terms of Service, a refund will not be provided.
